WORST BAD SERVICE, ATTITUDE OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS!!

I went in to the Standard Bank branch to collect bank cards I greeted her and she just looked at me (ddnt respond) after handing over my documents, she took them and said 'whats this'? I told her I had opened the bank accounts telephonically and I came to collect the cards, she just kept quiet. Then told me ' I dont know what happened telephonically when you opened the accounts but these accounts dont exist. I stood there waiting for her to enter my ID number on the computer and indicate if my card was available. I just could not believe when she just started to chat to the other consultant about another customer's transaction who had just left the other counsultant whilst I had to stand there and wait for her to attend to my enquiry. I then said to her "Excuse me Maam, may I please request that you attend to me and finish before you attend and talk to your colleague about the other client, I am late. She simple shouted at me telling me that she can do two things at one time. I asked her why she is not apologising to me as she is not giving me good customer service she just looked at me and ignored me. Keeping in mind she was not even wearing a name tag. I didnt xpect such bad
