Please tend to the network problem as you have not

Could Cell C please tend to my Network problem as all you guys do is send email that say "We received the network query, we will attend to your problem"... If you don't send someone to my house to check the Network coverage and service by Friday, I will stop paying my bill and you can sue me if you like as I want to cancel the stupid contract.
