I have been hard locked since april - due to account arrears< my internet bill went up from R100 to R1300 in one month which was unexpected< since then I have been trying to pay off the account - I could not upgrade 3 of my phones regarding that - I have been paying R1000 each month and still could not use my top up phones. 2 top up contracts is supposed to be cancelled on the 3rd of August 2013. Which Vodacom did not do and now still bills for that aswell, the account just gets higher and higher - and they do not want to help at all to resolve this. the have put the phone down numerious times in our ears. R2289 is still in arrears, we have been paying and still it does not get lower - and we are not using one of the 4 contracts at all - now they want us to pay at the end of August 2013 R3286 - which we feel that we do not have to for something that we could not use and the problem of the internet going up is not resolved - and also the 2 contracts are finished. what can be done? we have been clients with good record with vodacom for 9 years - but they do not care about that.
