Consideration and friendly service

I've been experience problems with my Vodacom phone today; although the problem hasn't been resolved as of yet; Ronald- the gent from the call centre who tried his best to help me, called me back about 40mins after my orignal call to inform and update me on the progress of my query. I've never experienced this with Vodacom before so I was very impressed. Usually I'm posting complaints about Vodacom on HelloPeter, this will be my first compliment. I just wish all their staff were as thoughtful and considerate and helpful as Ronald!
