Such bad service from such a well known supplier?

I have booked my new samsung galaxy s4 in for repairs about 4 weeks ago. Every time I try phone for queries, their phone just rings and goes over to voice mail, which is full by the way so I can't even leave a message. I have been to the store on 3 different days, with no help from the staff whatsoever! Their excuse is that they don't know what is going on and their manager is not available as she is based in carltonville... I mean who runs a store with no manager or at least someone that knows what is going and able to assist their so called clients. I received a message from the people fixing my phone 2weeks ago, which by the way, this store has no idea who that is, surprise, surprise, stating I can collect my phone in 4 days time. On the same day, the telkom direct store called me and said that I should ignore this message as they will let me know once the phone is ready for collection. I have been there 2 more times with no manager "again" and as usual the staff can't help me. I have tried calling the shop endlessy but to get nothing but the full mail box answering me everytime, annoying. Is this the way the service delivery of one of south africas best known companies have gone?
