How long do a CPA Cancelation take?

To whom it may concern

I have opened a Cell C data package of R99, while doing the sale the incorrect information was sold to me, I gave strick instructions that I don't want any top ups I just want the 2 gigs of data as I don't want anything more that a R99 debited from my account I was told that I must take a top up and the lees on available is R50, I agreed. Cell C topped up my account with R500 and debited much more than the agreed amount. I requested a CPA cancelation since a month after sunscription and only received a forn end of May. I had the form filled in and was under the impression the cancelation went threw only to phone custormer service after a shocking sms saying that I an in arrears to discover my account was never canceled. I went into the store redone the application, the wrong application was done and a month after that when I questioned the proceess the CPA cancellation was only done. Its been 3months after that and yet no cacelation took place, how long does it take for a CPA canceltion to take place? Cell C is still sending me messages that I am in arrears, I refuse to pay any arears amount for bad customer services, I done the cancelatiion
