No notification and handed ove

I was phoned by Cell C consultant a while back. they offered me a contract over the phone and i accepted. The phone got and to my mind I let the contract to run and expenting it tpo end after the initial 24 months. despite paying for the accont through a debit order, i was still being charged for it months after the contract expired. if i didnt change the banks i would still be paying for the phone that i lost over 3 years ago. this is not fair as many people could be paying for contracts they thought has expiered. i dont understand if you not using the phone but you still pay just doent make sence as to what you paying for. also why does the contract says 24months if they still charge you for it after 24 months. lastly i dont understand how they take the number and give it to someone else but still charge you for the contract. Someone need to look into this as i believe is not fair to us as consumers especially if the call centere phone you for these and they dont bother after.
