I had a contract with mtn which was supposed to be terminated a couple of months ago as it takes 24months i have been paying for the phone and still paying for it even though i dont have any handset.i took the contract in 2010 so if im still paying them im due for an upgrade but was never given any new phone i called through many times and was told that il get it but no one has helped me with this im realy tired of mtn and think of changing networks.
i took a new contract with them since they dont want to issue a new phone thats due to me so i lost the phone but it was insured so in that case i understand they need to give me a new one, went to the police station to report the case and have blacklisted the phone as requested this was last week but they havent said a word to me or when i should go collect a new phone..im realy Angry!!!
