BIS not working correctly

On 8/30/2013 at 11:28 (am) I received this message from you[Cell C]
"Blackberry BIS Prepaid Non Recurring has been successfully activated on your account."
Naturally this is a message I receive frequently, however when I went about my normal way of getting onto my Native Browser. I could not use the internet, my phone told me to contact my service provider. I ignored this and instead changed to the "Cell C Internet" on my phone, the internet worked fine on this. When my bundle ran out, I changed back to "Internet Browser". I was shocked to discover that I STILL could not use BIS.
I asked my friends (who are on Cell C) and they said that theirs is working correctly, the only way I have been able to connect to the internet so far is to use Opera Mini. And that uses my bundles not BIS. I can not use WhatsApp, BBM... Nothing.
Please correct this so that I may be provided the service for which I have paid for.
