This is the 2nd time I am writing to complain about a contract that I have recently taken with cell c. The first time was when it took them a month to open a contract for me and have my phone delivered to me and now 2 weeks after I have my phone and the monthly data and so on gets loaded to my phone, they havent given everything that im supposed too.
when I took out my contract, it was supposed to be a topup straight 100 for the galaxy s4, it came with 100 sms, 100 minutes, 100 mb and an additional 900 mb so that in total I was getting 1gb data. On the day I was due to receive my cellphone I phoned the call centre again to confirm if I was getting this in my package and the gentlemen confirmed I would.
2 weeks later on 01/09/13. My monthly package gets uploaded but its short of the 900 mb. I phone customer care on monday and they say that they have no record of this on the system. The lady then escalated it to her supervisor who said they would phone by end of monday. Im still waiting for the call. The only reason why I took this contract was for the gb data and without it then this whole contract is useless for me. I WANT SOMEONE TO FIX THEIR ERROR TODAY.
