It's not our problem?

I upgraded my contract with MTN Corporate and received my new phone on 30 September. On 10 October the phone had an error message telling me to reboot but the phone did not want to reboot, even taking the battery out did not help. I took the phone to the Lichtenburg branch and they said they can not help me as it is a Corporate account but they will send the phone to MTN for me. I went back 2 weeks later to find out what is happening and they said it is an OBF but they can not give an answer as to when I will receive a new phone. I took the paperwork and said I will follow up myself. I have been phoning for a month every day and it does not seem that anyone can help me. I got confirmation 2x that the phone is with HVRC but they don't send phones out. I spoke to Corporate dept and they say it is not their problem and the branch must give me a new phone, the branch say it is not their problem and corporate must send me a new phone and everyone promise to phone me back with info, but guess what? No phone calls. I just want a phone, new or repaired. I want what I am paying for and don't have. Is that to much to ask?
