Afrihost is excellent

I rarely commend service providers as they do not deserve any commendation. I find that I often think to myself that a particular service provider is good or bad based on South African service delivery standards.

What I dont find is that I deal with a service provider that completely exceeds all my expectations. In this case I have. I ordered a mobile internet solution package from Afrihost. Before ordering I sent two mails to confirm some details and that I fully understand the package. All responses were promp and very clear.

I ordered the Wednesday and received my device and sim card the Friday, delivered to me at work. That evening I tested the device and found that the connection was terribly weak and slow.

I sent another mail to the support at Afrihost and within an hour (on a Friday night!) I actually received a response that completely fixed the problem

This is the level of service delivery that I think is exceptional.

Thank you Afrihost for the ease and proffessional manner in which you assisted me, delivered my product and dealt with my queries!
