Non-delivery and misinformation about new sim card

I ordered two new afrihost sim cards on saturday and a APN service for my existing MTN contract.

On Monday I cancelled all my appointments so that I could be at work for delivery. At about 1PM Afrihost's clientzone indicated the parcel was collected for delivery. So I was hoping it would be delivered before I go home. Nothing happened and at about 7PM on Monday I got an automated email from the courier company saying Afrihost wasnt ready to deliver the sim cards to courier company (Note, Afrihost system incorrectly says sims handed to courier).
Tuesday I call courier company and they say no sims are in their posession. I speak to afrihost and they say the sims were given to courier company.
This morning courier company says they have the sim cards but Afrihost has instructed them to immediately stop all sim card deliveries until further notice.
Gian isnt replying to emails for assistance - support doesnt reply to emails and replies via twitter just tell me what is on clientzone and promises to "follow up" which never happens.

Pure internet frustration.
