Disappointment

I have ordered and paid Mi-fi device which was on promotion from Afrihost, afrihost handed the parcel to pathetic courier company named MDS Collivery. I waited for two weeks without no delivery, I checked the parcel status on their website and found the parcel is still on hold. I called their pretoria asking if I can collect the parcel @ their premises as I couldn't take it anymore of waiting for something I don't know whether I will visualize or not. They agents at their pretoria branch hang up the calls just after they pick up, one of the lady of the agent called me a when I told her that is not right for them to deny me to collect the parcel. I have had it with this courier company its pathetic and not up to service delivery status they claim to do. I rather get refunded than suffer more disappointment and humiliation.
