So I secure one of the Afrihost Mobile Device specials last week. I then get an email to say delivery will happen today 26/08/2013 at 16h00 but I should be available from 14h00 just in case they're early. I was also told to have certified documents available for RICA. I ran around to make sure they're done and that I'm home by 14h00.
So it's now 19h00 and no delivery and no email (their preferred way of talking to clients). I also cannot raise anyone on the phone.
Really guys, up your game! Don't promise a time and then not make good on it. No you can fit in around my schedule.
