Vodacom Corporate - Bad service (ref EC2HTM2IRTFS)

We have a had a corporate account with Vodacom for over 10 years. In April of this year we were advised of an extremely large data charges on one of our data packages (over R30 000) We immediately contacted Samantha Green the Corporate Sales Manager at Vodacom Shop City Centre whom is our contact. She raised the issue with Vodacom whom investigated on our behalf. They came back with inconclusive findings as to why the account had reached such a high amount (not once before has the account reached this amount since the account was opened) Even though their findings were inconclusive and they could not prove that the charges had in fact had ben made directly from the router sim, they offered no discount and advised that the amount needed to be paid. During such time we had an independent IT company also look into the matter, they too had inconclusive findings and could not prove without a doubt that the charges were from the data sim. We reverted back to Samantha Green with this info and asked to put forward another request for discount in light of our long standing relationship. Since April we have had our phone lines cut numerous times and still getting nowhere fast. Please help...
