I called telkom regarding a line cancellation for a business line that had a fault which was a fault on telkoms side but the technician said that it could not be fixed, i called 10217 i since there is only 2 options sales and other queries and ended up in accounts. when i explained my situation i was told to speak to cancellation dept only to find out after being transferred to 5 ppl later that there is no cancellation dept and i should write a letter. I then call regarding call rates as the business is looking to get more lines and need the rates and unfortunately again No1 from telkom could help me . i called 10217 and was transferred from one person to the next and eventually i was told that im through to the residential dept and cannot be helped. when i spoke to tony in accounts he could not find call rates after 10minutes of looking. and i have still not being properly assisted telkom staff does not know what they are doin its absolutely disgusting as they are such a big company! incompetent
