Incompetent service

My MTN contract phone is a Nokia Lumia 900. Commencing two months back, my cell phone is being continuously bombarded with approximately 80 SMSs over every 24 hour period. The SMSs are being transmitted from 083930006416361. Ihave taken my cell-phone twice to the Richards Bay MTN service center, phoned 808, 1555 and 011-9123000 (technical Dept.) and have been given the run-around and a thousand excuses as to why the problem cannot be resolved. It is frightening to know that MTN employs "technicians" that cannot fix anything. What now?
