Cell C does it again with bad service and no comms

I have 3 lines with Cell C. For the last few months i been fighting with Cell C over a large bill. Yesterday they went to go and cut my line for my main line which is up to date. When i contacted them they said that no payment went off as i requested to pay in manually every month. I have never requested anything of that nature. Lat month when one of their credit controllers called me she said that one of payments was not made and i argued at her that all my payments came off via normal debt order. while on the call with her she cut the call. i called back and asked her to call me back, which she has not done to this day. i then contacted Cell C yesterday and spoke to Lauren (Ref:1309050000353016) and asked why must i be the victim of their stupidity. I have never asked them to make payments manually and i was never contacted by Cell C that this will happen. I really im angry and frustrated with Cell C service, lack of communication and overall stupidity to think that i will ask them to make manually payment. This is not the first time that Cell C has done this and no has come back to be regarding my bill for my other account. This is putrid and really bad service. i demand answers
