Good day

I have recently taken out a new contract at Hatfield Cell c. The contract is the Nokia Lumia 920 . I had the phone for approximately 3 days and it froze completely not switching on. As i understand it, this was still within 7 day out-of-box policy and they sent my phone away. I only received a brand new phone like 3-5 days later. Shouldn't i get a new phone straight away?

Anyways, so i get the new phone, it lasted about two weeks, same thing happened. It freezes and never shuts on again. Again Cell c sent it away to repairs, it has been about 18 days, i have not heard any update. I'm soo irritated, i mean i pay all this money, mostly for the phone and now i don't get to use it.

Honestly, i want to change my contract to a different phone, since this is the 2nd phone, that does the exact same thing. Please can some one assist me here?
