Black listed me for absolutely no reason!

I actually have no idea how to say this other that I received an email from their attorneys saying I've been black listed, I then called Neotel to ask if my account was in arrears, to which they said NO! Simple as that! I've been black listed for nothing! For absolutely no reason!! With no forewarning either!! Nice. Any idea what an administrative nightmare it is to undo a black listing? REALLY???
