Cannot get my debit order date changed

On the 28 May 2013 i requested that my debit order date be changed from the 20th to the 25th of each month effective 25th June. That did not happen. I personnally walked to the office to request that change as well as a change to my banking details. Now the banking details change was applied but not the debit order day. This is quite sickening because my salary is no longer deposited on the 20th and this causes unpaid debit orders and a bad credit profile. Can someone with a bit of brains please contact me and make sure that this change is applied before the 25th August 2013.
