Tired struggling with service

I am a client for 14 years

Each time a give a (contract) phone to be repaired they
always come with excuses that they can't fix the phone
because of the following reasons

Phone is discontinued or has a water damage

So I think that the people are unskilled and can't do their
work properly and my phones never get repaired

I am going to cancel my contracts by MTN and I am going
to move over to CellC because they have a much better quality
service
