Failure to cancell subscribsion

I got subscribe to GET IT from Cell C - I phoned to cancell this subscribsion 3x now: Refr 6191629 (11/05/2013) Refr 8237963 (16/07/2013) and Refr 6415805 (04/04/2013) - every time I get a sms saying that it has been cancelled but with every next statement the subscribsion fee are still on my account. With my July statement the fee was debited twice on my account!
Why must I keep on paying for something that I do not want and why do they tell me it has been cancelled but every month I still have to pay for it?
