Bad Service Again!!!

On the 8th August i send Bongani my banking details for the R300.00 to be paid back to me because the incorrect sim cards was send with my phones. Since then I cant get my money back and have asked for his managers details and he kept on avoiding my request.

Bad service once again from Vodacom does not surprise me. This morning I asked feedback before 9:00 and guest what no feedback again!!!
