We are always quick to complain but today I must make mention of a great team leader Thobeka Majozi at the MTN call centre for contract holders who when I queried how I can go to sleep with airtime and data bundles and wake up with nothing showed willingness to help, was not defensive and showed leadership skills like making decisions when needed and has left this customer of MTN for more then 10 years happy
