Staff not willing to assist

So I've been on the phone for last hour just to get an answer to 1 simple question - when is the upgrade due?

The staff is so worried about a security check rather then to assist a client.
in my opinion when it comes to upgrades the client should be treated as king cause there is more money coming.

The contract is in my sisters name and I am paying the account - so its going of my bank account. When i asked the consultants to call her to confirm they simply saying no!!! We've even sent letters confirming that she gives me authorization to enquire whenever I want to.

They give numbers 082114 082 1959 082 1958...

When calling all these numbers it doesn't even connect.

So we've made a decision to cancel the contract with vodacom.

AFTER 9 YEARS of being a loyal client ...!!!
