I'd like to point out that have been a vodacom client for over 6 years with an average spend of over R1000 a month, possibly more. I have recently applied for an upgrade of my contract and was declined with too many active lines. I'd also like to point out that if you call 1941 you need an ivr number thanks to Lance on your online chat who pointed me with an incorrect area. I then called upgrades who after speaking to me confirm exactly what I have told them then tell me to contact accounts. How many people should I speak to before I get this resolved. I also like to point out that there are other providers with a much more attractive proposal but being a loyal client I though I would stay with you and continue with my relationship. I am rethinking this now. I currently have two active lines, one will cancel on 31/08/2013.
