No electricity

Monday the 11th at 6 in the evening my electricity was cut due to bad storm. Tuesday morning @ 6 i tried calling the municipality after R60 airtime no answer just please hold. My phone battery was about to die i asked someone at my work to call which they did Tuesday morning refr 925496 today after 6 i called again from work refr 926558
My food are defrosted my son needs to study for exams he cant Since Monday evening at 6 i have no electricity when will they fix this a electrician came yesterday he showed me the problem its at the pole wires are hanging loose but he is not allowed to fix it

PLEASE can someone PLEASE fix my electricity Being a single mom i cant buy other food until the end of the month what now??? when my son fails what then??? My address 496 shannon road brdell
