Will not provide me with itemized bills contested

Dear MTN,

I must now unfortunately make good on my threat to contact the ombudsman, ICASA, regarding your unwillingness to co-operate with me in a simple request.

I have requested, since 19 June 2013, my itemized billings for the periods 13 May 2013 and 13 June 2013 as both these accounts were extremely high and I believe you did not properly load my data bundles, sms bundles and talk time bundles (I am on MTN Anytime200), which by the way, as per your terms and conditions, comprises "Any Network" sms's.

In order to verify my high bill charges, I need these itemized bills, which you have thus far been unwilling to provide. Complaint number: [#6711093]. I have also escalated this matter to ICASA. I will accept as restitution for your poor service a full reimbursement on the 13 May and 13 June 2013 accounts, the amount calculations of which you are unwilling to provide me, despite 7 written requests from your support team since June. This is unacceptable!
