They Blacklist Me afta Cancelling n charge Me xtra

I had the iBurst account since 2008 on 13 May 2013 i cancelled my contract with Mweb, i received a form to complete, sign and e-mail back to them. knowing that they will debit my account since i know i made a stop order with them.

this morning i receive an sms it read:
{{MWEB ACCOUNTS: Due to non-payment, your account 98??? 84 will be listed with the Credit Bureau. Please concact us urgently on 087 700 2134}}

to my surprise i called the number since i'm afraid to be black listed! And a shocker to me when I speak to the coloured dude on the other line he says they cancelled my contract end of June and they gave Me bundles for June too so I have to pay those bundles I received in June. I told Him before I pay they rather give Me those bundles back because legally I can't pay for something I didn't use?

what a rip off. can't the technical team tell that I didn't use the bundles in the first place and if I did why they don't make Me aware that I have some outstanding to be used before they close my account?

customer loyalty -or is it because on my cancellation form I explaining i'm going to the competitors and that they are now expensive I can't afford?
