I queried a bill that I received that literally doubled from my usual R411 to R916 and i found this strange as i have not changed my usage habits and compared previous statements to my August statement and my prvious statements showed that i used more talk time and Data and i was only charged R411 whereas my August statement shows that i used less talk time and data yet my bill jumped to R916. I'm sure there is a logical explanation for this but when i queried this to MTN to explain it first took over the 13 days that they said they will come back to me with feedback and the answer was pathetic. Basically is was an eloquent way of saying "What you see on the statement is what you get" My question was WHY has it doubled. I get this feedback from Kagiso Kgakatsi who basically tells me that the bill is correct but cannot explain WHY. I go back to her with 3 months previous statements highlighting that I used more talk time and data than the august month that doubled and have followed up with her to get feedback and i am blatantly ignored. and this is the service i get by having 3 contracts with MTN and being a contract owner for 10 years! Sorely disappointing
