Sent my S4 for repairs, it came back to Festival Mall and they gave it to another customer. Customers are expected to provide ID when collecting, so I do not understand how this could have happened. Whilst at the branch they refuse to let me know what is going on (trying to hide the fact), they also refused to give me back my repair slip (had to virtually fight it out from them).
I reported this to customer service and they did absolutely nothing to date, kept saying they will provide feedback. The area manager is meant to deal with an issue as such, since then the area manager is supposedly in a meeting. They refuse to provide contact details.
I am refusing to accept the unit back, since it was used by another customer. Hygienic reasons and the phone has been owned by someone else. This is their fault for hiring criminal minded and worthless employees. Festival Mall branch is a complete joke, honestly. I refuse to deal with anyone from there. The branch calls to inform that they have my unit back, I refused to accept. They informed that the customer never turned the phone on and then tell me that the customer told them that the phone has nothing installed on it.
