Cell C
Seven months and no resolve of issue. No service!!

I have been getting calls, 10 times a day from strangers claiming I gave them a miss-call. My phone is set on no caller ID and I am also using a new phone. I have asked that they give me a new number or cancel my contract.
They cannot resolve my problem nor can they come up with a solution. Can anyone imagine getting between 5 and 15 phone-calls day and night for 7 months from strangers that are very agitated because its not the first time they received a call from (me)! I want to get hold of the CEO of Cell C and fire him for poor management, I am being very polite but the problem is with management. If you had a manager with backbone then at least a decision could be made, that person is not working for Cell C. I cancelled my contract a month ago effective 31 May and my phone is still working.
Have been holding for 35 minutes to speak to a consultant about my cancelation. I am still holding for operator as I am typing.
