I applied for a MTN Contract on 3/05/2013 and was told that I would be phoned back within 24-48 hours, after having no call up to date (06/05/2013) I phoned and asked about my app status.
I was told that they can not see me on the system and that they would get the consultant to phone me back with feedback.
She phoned and said that I would have received a SMS from them and that my number does not work and that is why I did not receive it, which is odd seeing that they just phoned me on it.
A few hours later and still no other feedback I phoned again and was told that I have been conditionally approved etc and that they will again get the consultant handling my app to phone me, I haven't had any further calls from MTN or SMS or mail.
It is quite embarrassing seeing that there is so much complaints against MTN about the same problem with feedback and communication and that they just leave it as is and do nothing about it.
