Non Existent service became breach of Contract

Where do i start, i have been 8 years with vodacom now and the service is appaulling. I had so many issues with vodacom which pertain to services, that at this stage it does not even matter what the issue is. I just want to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. But i refuse to pay them for any services, as it was non existent. I am willing to pay for the devices that i used but that is it. i emailed Mr. Uys and i received an automated email advising me that Susan was going to contact me, but obviously she had better things to do than to contact a customer. I contacted your MD's offices to speak to Bryce and i was refused a chance to speak to him. I then requested that he contact me but until now also i have not received any calls. This is two weeks past now. I am livid and not in the mood for vodacoms games ect. Please contact me and assist me with the cancellation costs on the devices only so that i can settle the devices and get rid of this contracts. if i do not get assistance this time i will email a Ombudman to take care of this sillyness.
