NON EXISTENCE OF SERVICE / Contract Break

Good day, I am extremely irritable with Vodacom as it currently stands. I have delay with Susan / Adnaan and others but no assistance was received. Previously Vodacom cancelled 4 contracts due to Poor to Non EXISTENCE of service. Susan was supposed to help me sort out a query, she did not up until today. Then i spoke to Adnaan who promised to provide me feedback on Tuesday, Today is Friday and no feedback as yet. Not from Adnaan nor from Susan. According to the Cpa, Vodacom is in breach of contract due to not honouring their own contract and or terms and conditions. Therefore as off today, Vodacom will not receive another cent out of me. I will also take this case up with the CPA as this is. Please contact me and get this contract cancelled as i do no longer wish to be with Vodacom anymore. Pathetic.
