Terrible service with phone claim

My cellphone has been end November 2012. I immediately reported the incident to Nashua Mobile, and also blacklisted the handset as per requirement. I also provided them with a police report. I did a sim swop to enable me to still use my phone contract and bought a cheap handset to use in the meantime.

To date I had to physically go to the Nashua Mobile Clearwater branch in order to follow up with them on the progress of the claim, as telephonic calls were useless and had no results whatsoever.

With all this, the claim seems to be absolutely nowhere still. I got the supervisor involved, that seems to not help much at all as well. For some reason there seems to be a huge disconnect between Nashua Mobile and the insurance department.

It is however very clear to me that Nashua Mobile knows nothing about customer service, and that their customers are not important to them at all. I can't believe that they actually still in business.
My wife actually convinced me to move from another network supplier to Nashua Mobile, and I have only been having problems since day one. There is no way that I will renew my current contract with Nashua Mobile.
