A month later and still NO PHONE!!!

My Blackberry was taken to Nashua Mobile (Cresta) on Monday (4th of November). I have insurance with Nashua Mobile and I was asked to complete a claim form. The consultant told me that the phone could not be repaired and that they would replace it. On 22 November 2013 I received a call from Nashua Mobile notifying me that my phone is ready for collection. On that day I left work early just to make it to Cresta on time to collect my phone just to find that absolutely NOTHING was done to it!!! The consultant handed the broken phone back to me. am I supposed to do with a broken phone when the reason I took it to Nashua Mobile was for it to be repaired in the first place??? Get this: The consultant then tells me that he 'was not aware that I had insurance' and that I need to complete ANOTHER claim form (because they don't know where the first one I filled in disappeared to) and wait ANOTHER two weeks before it would be replaced/repaired. What kind of unorganized business do these people run??? Seriously??? STOP WASTING TIME AND MONEY I DON'T HAVE!!! Nashua Mobile is very quick to deduct my insurance premium each month, but this is the kind of service I get???
