Unathorised debit orde

I called in to cancel my vehicle off the policy. I was told cancellation will be effective from the 14th of Feb 2013. My father's bank account was debited for both vehicles. The call was cut off with the consultant who did nto bother to call back. I assumed the cancellation was concluded. She attempted to retain me but with this poor service we might as well cancel all the vehicles on the account.
