NO REFUND - ONGOING EXCUSES

I went to en roll my daughter at the Damelin's College of Education on 01 March 2013, on the 2nd March I went into Damelin to cancel due to accommodation difficulty's by this time I had paid an amount of R6, 370. I was advised by a consultant that she had cancelled the study however I needed to send the college an email confirming my cancellation. On the 4th when I returned to johannesburg I sent an email and confirmed that it was received. I was advised that the refund will take up to 8 weeks to be paid into my account - firstly I couldn't understand the delay but anyhow accepted it. The sales manager of Damelin Westridge was present when I cancelled and acknowledge (signature) of the cancellation. On my enquiry with regards to my refund, i was told that they have no record of it as the lady that assisted me was no longer with Damelin, even the sales Manager that acknowledge my cancellation did not remember signing it off and it so happened that the documentation was mislaid.
Long story, short - I have been transferered from person to peron in various departments and promised since April that the refund will be done and to date nothing has happened.
