Poor Service and lack of feedback

I upgraded my contract on Friday 24th January 2014. A sim swap was required due to the new phone's micro sim
Monday 27th the swap hadn't been done. I phoned the 0861232424 cc & was promised the swap would be done by the 28th
By Wednesday 29th the swap had still not been done but the Autopage cc promised it would be done by the afternoon.
The swap had still not been done by 17h00 and I told Autopage they had until 08h00 on the 30th or I would migrate to another service provider
Thursday 30th I went to the dealer to return the phone and cancel the upgrade. We contacted the call centre & were told I'm liable for a R3 300 cancellation fee. I requested that the issue be escalated
By Friday 31st I had no feedback from Autopage & called the cc. No managers were available but was promised one would contact me asap. This did not happen.
Later in the day I was put through to Nadine. She promised to get back to me by the end of the day. She didn't
Wednesday 5th 2014 I contacted the cc & demanded to speak to Nadine's boss. No managers were available & was promised someone would call me. It still hasn't happened
I don't see why I should be penalised when Autopage has failed in all aspects!
