Once again (Being ripped off for not taking a deal)

After posting my complaint about Vodacom about them billing me for an account I don't have (Being ripped off for not taking a deal). A rep called me and told me everything would be sorted and yet I am still being billed for this account and none of my money is being returned. Vodacom is full of and this is really starting to me off, every single one of the agents I talk to the all tell me me calm down it will all be sorted. Its been 3 months now and nothing has been sorted!!!
