Shocking Service/No Interest in Offering Solution

I phoned Afrihost to get more info on a package that would be suitable for my business and after acquiring was assisted by the support person in setting my email up - with setting given by him. Yesterday my laptop crashed only for me to find out that Afrihost doesn't actually offer any type of 'hosting' of my email on a server - which is a standard and basic need for any business!!! The call centre person I spoke to was completely uninterested in offering a solution or getting involved - and when asking to speak to a manager I was advised every single one of them are unavailable to speak to me. In addition, I've been going in circles with their support team trying to get my email setup on my phone, and get the same two answers from them - your password must be wrong (which I changed to make sure it is 100% correct after getting that answer for a 3rd time) and you must enter your domain name - which was also correct. There was no real interest in solving this problem either- and had they solved it, I would have been able to at least recover some of the valuable email that was on my email. Now their inefficiency & disinterest will be costing me thousands in recovery costs
