I had to upgrade my phone because in 22 months I had 3 BlackBerry phones, I upgraded my phone and took a nother make! To me it is quite obvious that I dont need the BlackBerry service anymore witch is R59 pm because i do not have a blackberry phone! This was not cancelled and I must still pay for this and for data that I use! The 15 th of Jan I phoned to cancel this service witch they were suppose to do! The 23 rd I phoned again to enquire why my account is not rectified, the lady logged a quire and I receive an sms with the ref no s3-sfj38-8lycj and statement we will contact you within 24 hours! Never happened! Why must you just keep on paying for bad service like this! Want my acc rectified and want to be refunded for my blackberry service I had to pay and didn't have use of it
