No way Altech!!!

I am an Altech customer and have been since 2003.

On the 26 December 2012, while on holiday my cellphone was. I did the right thing reported and ran too and fro in an effort to claim insurnace.

I took my insurance at an altech branch and requested to insure my phone. on the5 January 2013 A lady from the Pavillion called me saying that I need to pay in R940 since I was under insured.

Absolutely not I did not ask to pay insurance to the value of R5000. I asked for my phone to be insured, that was irrespective of the premuim. They chose to under insure me and why should i suffer. I was not advised of any shortfall from inception and now that my cellphone is no longer, im then being told.
I will mpt pay this amount and I do not deserve such treatment from you. My debit order always goes off in full and I have never defaulted on payment.
A gentleman from the courier service has just delivered the phone, I signed for it but i will not open it,
How dare you treat me like this Altech... after all these years?
I received an email from a Ntombizodwa Ngobese at Finrite Insurance and I told her that I willnot pay this money.
