No BBM

I mr N a roets with I'd 7903045029087 find it very strange since I am using a blackberry I have never had a probllem with bbm and my and my phone had a notification to upgrade my software which I did and just after that my bbm was not working. I called vodacom and was informed that RIM had a problem without me getting notification.please could this be rectified and I expect a call from vodacom explain this to me and rectified immediately. I was using a blackberry for long now but if this continues I will cancel my contract and rather get a samsung.my nr 0722435499
