I Michelle Thebus reported a complaint on the 17 Dec 2012. The complaint was about the status of my cell phone. Cell C resonded the 18 Dec 2012 which they give me a person's name that will be responsible for the enquirey. He personally phoned me on the 27th Dec 2012 for me to send my IMEI no which i did on the 3rd Jan 2013. There was no respond until i resent another email on the 16th Jan 2013. So far nobody came back to me. My new contract has kick in on the 17th Jan 2013. On that same day i phoned the store, and was told by the manager they are working on the problem. It's now two months and i am still without a phone and in the meantime i am paying for my contract and know phone. I think Cell C! I am about to go and report them to the consumer board.
