Telkom Mix Contract expired in December 2013. Requested to keep my number and revert to pre-paid. The number worked for 2 weeks and on the 31st of December the number stopped working??? I went to both branches on numerous occasions, received - 5 sim swops and to date none of them worked. Complaints have been logged by the consultants inside the shops, only to be told nothing further can be done. I have lost half a months BIS, my calls, my e-mails, FB and my airtime. This is what I want you to do - I want my number to be re-instated and all that I have lost. I was not given the pin nor puk for the sim card that is currently in my phone which doesn't work. #TOTALLY PEED-OFF WITH TELKOM-MOBILE SERVICE... If this is not sorted, I will go to another network! CONTACT ME URGENTLY ONLY ON THIS BORROWED CELLPHONE NUMBER 073 440 8706. DONT E-MAIL ME AS IT IS OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO TELKOM MOBILE'S NON-DELIVERY.
