Breach of contract and no airtime provided

Hello Peter
I had a contract with Cell C, they failed to load my monthly airtime then I stopped paying my account; they took me to debt collectors and I eventually settled my account of R1606;but I have not received my airtime. I demand my airtime since I have paid for it
